Updated Contact webmaster			INSTRUCTIONS FOR CONTRIBUTORS Oral presentation The time allocated for each presentation is 15 minutes, with an extra 5 minutes for questions and comments after each speaker. At the end of each session there will be some time for general discussion of the topics. There will be an overhead slide projector, as well as a computer with a projector in the presentation room. Interactive poster session Two interactive poster sessions will run parallel to each other in separate rooms. Up to eight posters will be presented in each session. The audience will move from one poster to another in one group. At each stop, the person responsible for the poster will be asked to briefly describe the content of the poster, followed by questions from the group. This short presentation with following questions is expected to take 5 minutes at the most. When all posters have been presented, time has been scheduled so that the audience will have the opportunity to look at some posters more in depth and ask questions, or to visit the other interactive poster session. The maximum size of the poster is 90 centimeters high and 60 centimeters wide. We will provide materials for putting posters up. The posters for the first parallel session (on Thursday, October 11, 14:00-15:00) can be posted during registration, or during the lunch break. Please contact one of the organizers for assistance. The posters for the second parallel session (on Friday, October 12, 11:15-12:15) can be posted during the coffee break. A member of the organizing committee will assist you with this.
