Diploma in Psychology, doktorand

I am a PhD student supervised by Magnus Sverke and Claudia Bernhard-Oettel (both at the Division of Work and Organizational Psychology). I have also been a visiting PhD student at the Management, Law, and Human Resources Department of the EM Lyon Business School, France, where I worked together with Thierry Nadisic.

I came to Sweden in January 2011 after spending some time at the University of Surrey, UK, where I worked together with Almuth McDowall, Gail Kinman and Mark Saunders (Occupational Psychology, School of Management). At that same time, I graduated with a “Diplom” from the University of Heidelberg, Germany, where I have studied various angles of psychology for five years.

My fields of interest are: (organizational) justice, well-being, health, communication, theories both from a social psychology and an organizational psychology perspective etc.

I am also involved in teaching and supervising student papers. You are welcome to contact me.

Preliminary Dissertation Title
